Cork 10 harder than dub 10

dub 10 is so over-rated, there are so many harder tricks that are judged lower in slope.

yea, i hate cork 10's they piss me off. I've never done dub 10 though so i can't compare, i think the dub would be easier though.

Definitely, its because a the last 3/flip of the dub 10 flows way more naturally on the end of the cork 7. In a cork 10 you pretty much have to contort your body (unless you have a really good technique).

i know this is the worst shot ever, but this is what i was working on right before the dub game exploded.

i was thinking late cork, while pk hunder was dialing the dub cork.

i also must imagine rodeo 10 and a kang 10 are incredibly difficult tricks to master

It's all personal preference and depends a lot on how someone originally learned to do cork 7's. Also depends on their grab.

I have a friend who has forward cork 10's on lock, but can't dub 10, and another who is just the opposite.

Different tricks are easier/harder for different people.

I'd say dub 10 are harder but when you're used to it and on the right jump with enough air time the dub would be easier to stomp.

i saw a video once of a guy with long hair (i think) going down a jump line with 3 jumps, and on the last hit he threw a cork 10 with a tindy grab (i think thats what it´s called) and it is probably the best 1080 i´ve ever seen.

Honestly, IMO they are the same.

And really all it is, is when you come out of cork 7 if you throw your head to teh side, you'll dub cork 10, if you continue to look over your shoulder you'll cork 10

nah. the cork starts before that. at least when I cork 10 the first cork is super late otherwise i start to dub, but when setting for dub the second cork comes around rather early. I certainly think dub 10 is harder though because I have a tendency to spin to 12 or undercork a bit.

this is my opinion, since I can cork 10 but have only come closeish on dub 10.

See, i've never thrown cork 10, i've tried, but never landed.

I've thrown dub 10's, but never landed. Dubs are a lot easier for me. For me it's like cork 7 to lincoln. \

But yeah, for a cork 10 i could see how the cork would be super late in the spin

yep, on the dub your second cork will be way slower than your first. I'll rotate a super quick cork 450 or 630 depending on how I set it and then the last cork will just floooooooat. I always land too backseat on dubs to land them right, so I'm probably not doing them correctly but I feel that if I popped with a little more forward pressure I'd get it...

but honestly cork 10 came easily after I got regular 10, I find the corks easier than regular... the dubs are just a bit scary but the set isn't that much more difficult than a regular. just make sure you set the first cork hard enough so that if you don't land right you don't land on your head haha

the rotations for both are pretty similar, but the double you just keep spotting over the shoulder. for me, it's easier to cork ten than dub 10.
