Replying to Brita

i use the brita pitcher for a few years no in my place since the water is really hard with 300PPM.

now i was wanting to use the on-tap brita that fits right onto the faucet.

so i get that and test my water before and after and i almost shit my pants.

the on-tap actually made my water mo polluted. 300PPM tp 310PPM, meaning it put 10 parts per million into my water. it lowere the PH from 8.7 to 8.6... WHOOP dEE DOO.

the brita pitcher takes me water down to 6.3 and 155 PPM, much better.

so i call up brita and im like yo your stupid on-tap shit dosnt work, In fact it made my water worse.

they are like well its been pasded by the FDA BLAH BLAH BLAH, hoping i might get my money back for a product that doesnt even work.

BUT NOOOOOO

the bitch is like, let me get ur name and i will send it to the complaint department.

im stunned on the phone, thinking they are actually gonna do something to help me. yet i just get my name and number in a complaint department, which does no good.

so im gonna call them every day bitching until i get my money back for a plastic piece of crap that doesnt do anything but make my water worse for me.
