hmm i tried with paint but the .gif file is already 48x48 at 4.1mb, so until i get photoshop back home i cant make the quality differnt to help with file size.

but thats all that can be done, its as big as it can get and its 2x over the limit in size, so u can make it smaller but u wont be able to see it. so photoshop can make the image less quality to bring down file size.

yeah man when you save the file just slide the one bar way left and make the file less quality, that will do teh trick and keep it big
