im 6'1" weigh about 2 hundo ( pretty big for a skier) anyways i need help deciding between the 3, im going to norway in 3 days and ski mainly park. a lot of rails because im coming out of michigan, but i still like to get down on the big jumps too. help meeee outttt
get the punx! they are crazy light, and they pop super well on those jumps you want to do. On rails they are really buttery and jib easily. definitely go with the punx
I would say ar7 consodering you are heavy compared to most. The punx seem like they would be too softfor you, and the ar7s are medium to stiffflex. Youll love them
see thats what i was worried about. cuz im a pretty big guy as far as skiers go, and i want something poppy and light, but durable enough to take a lot of shit
Yeah armada surability is great. And the skis have a lot of pop and are very light.if your looking for the most durable youshould check out on3p filthy riches
Well i had 400 dollars to spend. So with the 400 dollars, i bought the ar7 online which was 375. Then, my dad decided he would just get me the bindings with that, so he bought me the bindings which were 200, and so now i have to get 200 dollars to give to my dad before i can mount them. And then, i have to pay the stupid shop like 70 dollars just to mount the bindings.....Annnnnd then i need new boots because i just figured out mine are way to big for me when i told the bootfitter that my heel was floating around in my boot and that when i go off jumps my toes just fly right into the front of the boot. I was happy i went though because he had me try on the krypton rampage and it felt really good, so ill be saving up for boots for next season. (By the way, the bindings were sth 14 driver)
yea dude its so sicks their. this will be like my 6th time going out their. i know so many sick places where the pow is never ending. heading in 5 days with two of my buddies. ps were only 12,13,14 years old.
I guess it depends on you, considering your weight i would say AR7 since they are a more stiff sturdy ski, but if you are into big butters then go with the punx
