You mean Genome?
If so then yes it is. Not a full tail similar to the tip, sorta 9 tenths tail.

Not deep pow but like foot deep. White pass doesn't really get massive pow.

Yes, the Genome is a huge pow ski and watch Joe Schuster or the BC Boys, they use the Genomes and land switch a lot and send it off of big cliffs and whatnot.
