look at getting something like the line blends! they are a twin tip ski which have rocker and at 100 underfoot (park skis are usually 85 underfoot and powder are 115 underfoot) this allows you to hit anything in the park and still be able to float and play in the powder! not the cheapest of skies, but these will last you a long time and you can go big!!!

This. Get something around 100mm waist. Rocker is great and it makes skiing easier, but keep in mind it allows laziness and doesn't teach you how to turn using your edges properly. You see a TON of people "drift-turning" with their hands at their sides, dragging their poles, on rockers pow skis, convinced that they are decent at skiing. Negative. A full camber (no rocker) ski is more frustrating to learn to turn with for beginners, but will make you a damn better skier in the long run.
