Ok so I own a pair of doggers. Rode them only one season. Everysingle time, the inner part of the boot (the shell) where the screws are would dig into the liner and make my feet hurt like hell. I thought maybe it was just a fabrication default, but ALL the screws (more like dollar sized metal washer) from the buckles stick out on the inside, and on BOTH boots?! Are my feet just too wide for these boots? Yes, I kinda have wide feet, a little. OR maybe I was stupid enough to get a boot too small for me I dont know and im pissed.
From my regular feet pain complaints, my friends all joke and say ''ah you should of got them SPK's''. Well, are they really that better?
HotDogger: SPK:
-Flexible - Stiff(er)
-Lightweight - Heavier than doggers (but average in normal boot weight)
-Wrap around liner (very warm) - Classic liner with (fake) fur
-No beer bottle opener, won't get me laid - Has a beer bottle opener, will get me laid
I dont know what else to add, but basically I just want to know if I really should have gone with the spk's. I feel as if my skiing season was ruined from continuous feet pain. I had very high expectations for the hot doggers but they didnt do it for me.
Ps. I cant find the receipt. IM STILL LOOKING OKAY.
