Replying to help, massive swollen bruise

ok, bout 4 or 5 days ago i was skating at a park with some friends. i slipped out on the mini's coping trying an ally-oop pornstar, and i landed o the coping on my left hip, right at the bottom of my cheek. well, it started bruising, and looked really cool, and only hurt alittle, so i kept skating. sliding out, hurting it a little more until yesterday it was the size of a football, and deep deep purple. then today i landed on it once at the park, and it didnt hurt too badly, until the end of the night. now although the bruising went down, its throbbing pain and its swelled to the sixe of a soft-ball. i can barely move my leg. or sit. any suggestions?
