Help with a time-lapse/fast forward sort of thing

I am trying to make a video i took look really fast like in the go pro promo video listed below i am using fcp x and +k to anyone who can help

The part that i want is at 21 seconds it is with the helicopter

When you film with your GoPro, make sure the video is decently long or else it will end up being too short. On FCPX you must go into the time remapping button located in the bottom right region of your lay out. Then you can select fast and determine the percentage. Or you can select your clip in your timeline and his Command + R. Then you can drag the length of the clip longer or shorter.
