Replying to Rossi and Look bindings

As far as i can tell, neither of these bindings have had any changes in the past few years? I can get some never used 01-02ish Look P11 bindings for 135 canadian. I can also get some brand new Rossi Axial 120 bindings for around 180 canadian. I would go for the new ones but i'm a cheap mofo and like to save every dollar. Is there any (even minor) difference between the old and new? as far as i can tell they are identical in every way.
