Hey guys, I was thinking of getting my skis remounted for next year and i was wondering if i should get them center mounted. I have Line Chronics and they are mounted further back than center, not sure about the measurements but further back than forward. I mostly ski park. what are the pros/cons of center mounting?
+k for help

if they're symmetrical skis, and you ski park often, i'd get them center mounted for sure. My skis are pretty close to center mounted at only 4mm difference between the tip and tail widths, and I have them center mounted. If you're going to ski a little all-mountain, or your skis are pretty un-symmetrical (most park skis are pretty symmetrical nowadays), then I'd suggest mounting them about 3cm back or so. Anything more than 3 back, and it makes spinning and such a little more awkward and difficult.

Good info here. I just got Chronics and I think I'll center mount then as well.

My brother center mounted his chronics and loves them. If you ski +/- 75% park, you should center mount them.
