How to set PX14's +K for help

being the ski noob i am i was just wondering if i was setting the bindings right... the guy i bought them from told me to pop my boot in then screw the length adjuster in until the line was flush with the heel piece, this seems to tight of a fit for my boots cause when i stomp in its like almost rubbing against the top of the binding. +k for help

Well first off, you should have them adjusted by a certified ski shop.

BUT

If you must adjust your own, behind the heel piece there is a little screw, on that screw there is a tiny notched circle/ring. When properly adjusted, that ring should sit flush with the housing of the heel piece.
