Replying to Skis for next year

Alright I dont want to spend a ton of money on skis for next year, but I also dont want to buy crap, like what i have now (volkl alley). Im thinking around $300-350 is my budget or maybe more if i need to. I like afterbangs and masterminds, but i also want some more suggestions. I dont hit very big jumps, so I dont need anything to stiff, just something to hit small jumps and rails on. I ride 158 this year, but I'll probably go a little longer for next year.
