1 cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and half a teaspoon of maple extract. You can do it with vanilla extract if you don't have maple, it's still really good. And I find it better with agave nectar but maple syrup works too.
i love milk and i grew up drinking tons of milk but about a year ago i started getting intolerant of it and now even a small amount mixed in with something is enough to make me start throwing up.
