Telemark boots +k

I have a pair of Scarpa T2 Eco's that are awesome. Kind of narrow in the heel, but like all other tele boots the toebox is pretty wide. Awesome boots, and I think they make a womans version also

Scarpa's are most always a narrow fit.

Garmont used to be a very wide fit, but two years ago they changed the boot mold and now they're narrower.

Depending on your ability level your desire in a specific boot will change.  I have a size 21.5/22 foot size.  The smallest non-kids, non-whimpy women's boot, on the market is the Garmont Minerva at a size 22.  Before the boot mold change it was the smallest was the Garmont Elektra at a 23.  You can still find Elektras for sale, but the Minerva has now replaced it in the manufacturing line up.  Since I have very short, but also wide feet, I have taken my Minerva's to a very good boot fitter and we have packed out the narrower toe box to fit my wide feet.

The boot fitter is key, but finding a good boot in a size 22 is also very important.  That being said, since I have telemarked since I was 5, I have always had boots too big and just either packed them with additional liners, lifts, and as always a good boot fitter.


(I can't speak too much about the Scarpa's womens lines since they were always too narrow for my feet... and I used to ski for Garmont for 6 years)
