this could be because your feet are too close together, or more likely; you are leaning up hill. when you're on a down rail especially, you need be perpendicular to it, skis flat on it.
widen your stance, look at the end of the rail, and lean downhill. and most importantly: dont be a pussy. most things about skiing arent very difficult, you just have to commit 100%
your probably just not committing, just say to yourself that your the best skier on the mountain and that this rail is nothing, then look to the end and get parallel with it. works every time for me.
