I Measured my 3xl and it was 31 inches out of the box and it was a normal fitting vest on me.

most common measurment for length is zipper...im sure thats what is it....31 inches from bottom of shoulder would be like 46 inches.. and its def not that

This year's Ignant is small as fuck. If you want a baggier looking vest you're gonna need like 5xl if they have it or get a Saga or some other kind of vest.
