I applied for a skiing school witch is pretty serious, where we have normal classes but we ski a shit-ton. Norways best hill is the schoolyard. And on monday are they testing us for our skills. I've been pretty anxious about it, so i've trained a bunch, and skied every day. Unfortunately this resulted in pretty immense shin - pain, so my question to you is:
tl;dr What can i do to heal my shin pain from shinbang, so i can ski and perform on monday and tuesday?
I wear SPK's, used them 2 or three seasons, never had any issues.
