Replying to 5 years of my life gone to waste

so i used to work at a mountain about two minutes away from my house on the park crew and i was fired after 5 years of working there 3 of which were volunteer. so this is what happened my boss had asked me to come in when i was not scheduled and i said i could come in but not untill later cause i had to do things for my dad (pretty much he was paying me 10 dollars an hour to drive around for him and go pick up supplies from the lumber yard and go to the bank etc...) he asked me to com in at three i told him i could be in at 430 at the latest then my boss called me complained and i told him i would be in at 330. he says ok and calls me back and says dont bother comming today, tomorrow or for the rest of the season.
