anyone have any technique for sledding with ski boots on, to prevent for sliding all over and getting grip on the running boards

the salomon ghost and a few other freeride boots have a rubber section on the sole to help aid grip when sledding. You could try using something like cat tracks or boot rockers to get some more grip.

Get a dry sack and put your shells inside and strap it to your tunnel, take a pair of winter boots and remove the liner, put your ski boot liner in the winter boot shell. Sled to where your skiing in the winter boots (or sled all day) then swap your shells. If its warm enough I just put my whole ski boot in the dry sack.

or you could always man up and just boss the shit, not that hard just gotta get used to it. although the newer "snow machines" have much more angled running boards making it almost necessary to get levelling foot pads put on
