What's it called in baseball when you get a single, double, triple, and a home run? I need to know.

single --> get to first off your hit
double --> get to second base off your hit
triple --> get to third base off your hit
home run --> hit it out of the park and proceed home

no, you get one base.

a single = i'm at the plate, i hit the ball and i only reach first base before the play is dead

double = i'm at the plate, i hit the ball and i reach second base before the play is dead

triple = i'm at the plate, i hit the ball and i reach third base before the play is dead

home run = smack dat shit out of here


do all of this in a single game and you've hit for the cycle
