as a proud canadians we canadians eh do not have time to watch curling eh because we travel by dogsled to our igloo homes to cover our back bacon with maple syrup..then curling is our #1 priority

shut the fuck up and learn french. french is the first language of Canada, and by the way most Quebecker know english(some of them still fucking blow) but the majority of the politician(other than separatist) know english pretty well. And if you're too lazy to learn french like Harper then dont fucking work with the government. Cried our way to have more rights? we are one of the most important province of canada so it's kinda normal to have more rights than the other provinces(even if we dont have more rights lol...)

It comes down to TONS of issues over the years. Basicly when we got taken over by the english back in the day, the brits fucked us over and took a shitload of our rights away and made us into second class citizens.  (i.e. the Acadian exodus, and le reglement 17 in ontario....theres tons more.)

On top of that when the constitution was revampped in the Trudeau days, well the rest of Canada pretty much stabbed Quebec in the back.

Basicly Quebec thinks that Canada schould be its own country, and not ruled by the Queen of England, and that we schould have our own government.  Basicly they do what they want, and operate like they are their own nation. They kind of tell the government of Canada to fuck off on a regular basis.

PS this is a VERY VERY VERY VERY simplifyed answer. If i explained every little facet of why  seperatists hate the rest of canada.....it would be a multipage tread answer
