Rode on them for the first time today, they take a bit of time to get used to. They carve great on groomers and they are great in the park. But i doubt they'd even be ski able in powder... I mean a ski with a 82 underfoot won't ski well in powder, even with early rise.
Amazing park ski, amazing groomer ski, but in the powder it isn't the best but it will get the job done better than any other park specific ski out there. For its waist width it does very nice due to the EST park rocker so that gives you a bit more floatation
They carve better than any park ski I've ever ridden.
Personally, I think they're about the same as any other park ski in powder: pretty crappy. However, my roommate really likes his Halos in light powder. He seriously stopped riding his Hellbents in powder this season in favor of Halos. I am not kidding, I've seen the dude backflip 15 foot cliffs on Halos. It's very strange.
