How to spin switch?

I cant spin switch. the nose of my right ski always gets caught on the end of the jump (i spin left side). can you guys please give me some advice on how to spin switch?

Pop before spinning, don't let your skis wash out on the lip from pre spinning

Take a jar of Mayo, preferably Kraft, and smear it on the inside edge of your ski. Then take the ski and preheat the oven to 325. Once preheated put the ski in for around 20-30 minutes. Once the ski is nice and brown take it out and smear grade AA butter all over it. You shall now be able to spin switch. You're welcome.

if its a matter of just spinning, same as just spinning normally except your backwards

if its a matter of seeing just lean forward look back and keep your spin side ski tail out a bit.

I have to focus on popping off of the lip of the jump first then initiating my spin.
So I guess try and have a clean solid pop so you wont have to worry about clipping the lip

i did what u were doing for a long time. I literally watch and wait till every inch of my skis are off the jump before i spin

Threads, wanna do some switch fives today. too bad all the jumps at my hill are ultimate kicker jumps who shoot ya straight up in the air, and then landing is steep as fuck..

Don't spin too early. I learned my first couple of switch threes on a fairly small jump just looking over my shoulder and carving off the jump.

Common error when you start spinning switch is that you tend to start your rotation on the kicker which isn't the good move since your edge can catch the kicker and you fall.
