either screen printing, or print out a logo of what u want. cut out the negative space. place on fabric. draw outline of logo. cut on outline, then sew onto hoodie.

They sell fabric markers, I haven't ust them but I seen them in hobby stores, I think iv seen them in WalMart to. Or you could buy a airbrush hobby lobby sells wicked and Createx, witch are made for fabrics the wicked is a lil more but its nicer paint. Once you buy a nice airbrush and small compressor the paints not much money 2oz bottles and they last for a pretty long time. You can find Pre-cut stencils or buy sheets of them at the hobby store or just free hand it. The wicked n Createx is a water base paint so you can spray it in the house and not smell anything. I have a big peg board in my room were I can sit or stand to do all my work, it's great cuz you can set up the pegs to be an airbrush holder and use close pins or small clips to hold up your hoodies. Hope this helps

if you want basic, you can always do stencils with fabric paint.
