Play it safe or no?

I'm about 5' 9" and have been skiing on some very short skis; 150 cm. Its strange because I'm not even that into park but still have such short skis. Anyways, I gathered some money and bought some new skis for cheap at 174 cm.. I wanted to get them closer to center mounted then traditional, but not all the way. Now I am about to leave for Colorado in a couple of days and idk what pair of skis to bring. I'm not going to be skiing very much park, mainly trees, pow, groomers, etc. Any thoughts, ideas, etc? alls appreciated

ive already got skis; faction wednesdays. im just deciding where to mount them and whether to take them or not

Bring the longer skis. 150s are wayyyyy too short for someone your size

If you bring the 150s, be prepared to get made fun of if you go into the park. I'm 5'7" 130lbs and I have 171 park skis mounted at center.

For your situation, I'd go with a 3cm back from center mount for more of an all-mountain type setting.

longer 174 skis for sure. just mount them a few cm back from center and they'll rip everywhere.

Ditto.  I'd add- sell the 150s and step up your game.  Longer skis are going to force you to progress.  My girlfriend is 5'8" 115 lbs and 150s are way too short for her.
