Haha no Aaron I know you know better... they say "Look Pivot" right on the binding lol

between 2000-2007ish they made 'solid rear' Look and Rossignol Pivot Bindings... they aren't the turntable design which is why you thought they weren't pivots... but they are pivots... just a non-pivoting model...

You're not confused amigo... They are Look Pivot bindings... AND they do not pivot (well they do very very slightly but not like the new Look Pivot)... you're dead on.

Axial1s.  heel pivots about 45 degrees, not 360 like turntables.
