Replying to Video uploading issues

i know there is probably already a forum on this issue but im too lazy to look for it.  I go and upload my video the old school way and once i click on the thing i want to upload i get the firefox spinning wheel of death for like ten minutes then it goes away and says upload was completed then i go and edit all of the info, but then I tried to go to my videos to find it and it's not there.  I waited about 5 hours to see if it just needed time and it still didn't show up.  Anyone have answer?
