Quick binding question

WHATSUPPP

I just got my AR7s mounted from the shop, but they did not have my boots when they mounted them, so he didn't tighten the toepiece down (it's i bit high. there's a little gap underneath the boot when I click in).
How tight should I screw it down? THANKS! K+++++

There should only be enough room to slide an index card between your boot and the binding.

What I got taught was, if you place a business card under the toe of the boot and click the boot in, you should be able to pull the card out, but there should be significant resistance. If you can't pull it out then its too low, if it slides out unchecked, then its too high.

i would reccomend taking it to a shop to adjust the wings and height.  You COULD do it yourself, however a proper shop tech will know how tight to make the wings in a matter of seconds.
