Hey NS,

I was wondering what would be my next camera
1. My Budget $200-$400 maybe be able to invest more$$$ later down the road
2. I have some very good expierence with my Gopro but i have used some small camcorders a handful of times
2. i dont have any camera gear at all
4. The main reason for this camera is to film skiing
5. I will be using the camera 95% of the time
6. 75% of the shots I will shot will be follow cams the other will be a mix between a tripod or just a non- moving shot
7. I have a lenovo thinkpad t520 dont know the specs of it though
7. I will be using sony vegas 11 and on a scale from 1 to 10 i am at a 5

probably like 400-500 gonna get a summer job. But maybe even more.

also how much experience with cameras do you have? and what are your thoughts on hdslrs?

uh some pretty good experience i could navigate my way around almost any camcorder except not with a hdslr.

My thoughts on hdslrs is that I am afriad i will not be able to use a hfslr well enough and to its full potential. But if there was a beginner hdslr i could give it a whirl.

something good it might be out of you're price range could be tm700 , great camera from what i've heard.
