The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that the CU Board of Regents does not have the authority to prohibit concealed carry permit holders from carrying on campus. Just got the email from the chancellor who was obviously not pleased about the decision. Good to see the courts step in and protect our rights when they are threatened.
