Dirty goggle lenses

What is a good way to clean them that wont mess them up?

Only use a microfiber cloth to clean your lens. Never wipe the inner lens if it's still wet. If they're that bad, Smith sells lens cleaning kits (little bottle of fluid that comes with a cleaning cloth).
