1st: Every year I lose my big toenail. It never fails, but this year instead of going through the pain of dealing with the pressure I pocked a hole through it. Now, the pain is still there. Does poking a hole always work? How big should said hole be?
2nd: Was chugging my energy drink after my workout today, and right at the end I slowed down just enough to find a contact in my mouth. Presumably from the cup I used. Now, I'm assuming that there was probably a second one to complete the pair, which I probably didn't notice. The contacts were pretty old, but my question is: Is it bad to eat a contact? If so, should I just throw it up?
