if youre just looking for a simple way to throw your photos together and make a timelapse without actual editing software download googles picasa software. You pretty much just choose your pictures, hit make movie or slideshow or whatever, chance your transition type to timelapse and change your frame rate to what you need, voila
You should shoot your time-lapses in RAW, then edit one photo in Lightroom and copy and paste the settings to all the other photos. Then you can use quicktime or final cut pro (which I use) to make individual time-lapses (just change the duration of each photo to .01 or .02, when exporting as 24 fps). The export it as a single clip, then import it back into fcp and use it wisely.
