Back on December 18 I was looking for a Jibersh coat. Bmo. pmed me informing me that he had what I was looking for. However, I didn't have the money to pay for it. So Bmo. said that if I gave him a deposit of 10-20 dollars, he would hold it for me until I got the money to pay for it, *giving me NO DATE in which it had to be paid by*. So I put a deposit of 10 dollars into his paypal that day. Time passed. On January 8, Bmo. pmed me saying that he was going to send back the coat if I wasn't going to buy it. On January 17, on responded to his pm saying that I could not buy it, and that I would like the 10 dollars to be returned to my paypal account. On that same day, he responded by saying that the coat was gone now, and that he was going to keep the 10 dollars for his wasted time. Furious, I responded with a long message explaining how I would take action if the money wasn't returned. He then responded by saying that I made him lose money, he turned down other offers for me, and that he would give me 5 dollars if that made me happy. Assuming he sent the coat back to Jiberish for a refund of his money, I told him that I would accept the 5 dollars if he provided screenshots that proved he was offered more than retail price, since he said he lost money. He responded by saying that he'd give the money back, but it would be a month until he could do so. On January 25, being the nice person I am, I told him I'd give him the month to return it. I waited. On Feburary 20, I told him it had been almost a month, and that he had 5 days to return it. He then starts blatantly lying and says that we agreed on 5 dollars. On January 25, I clearly stated that he had a month to return 10 DOLLARS. Nowhere did we agree on 5 dollars.
NS, I'm tired of this kid. I just want my money back. Help me out please.
