Jiberish Zipper Help

long story short my jiberish fittest (washed once taken good care of) zipper wont zip up without splitting. will customer service replace it? it is actually unwearable right now and im pretty pissed

yea... NO. Like i said washed in cold water dried flat. had it for a couple days and its ruined

If it was he would have noticed earlier and said It was like this when he got it instead of going through the process of explaining how he washed it once and so on.

depends on how long he has had it. maybe it didnt happen right away. But if hes only worn it a few times and washed it once that shouldnt happen.
