Replying to Line Blends and Similar Skis

I'm headed to Whistler next week so I'll need new skis. I'm only spending a week there though, so I want a pair of all-mountain skis that will rip everywhere, and will handle alright in powder. I already have a pair of Atomic Punx, so I won't be using these in the park all that much - maybe the occasional jumps. From my research it looks like Line Blends would be good, but I'm open to suggestions. I'm 5'8, 125lbs, level 3 skier, and these will be used like 80% groomers, and 20% elsewhere.

Also, if I were to get Blends, how long should I get them and where should I mount them? Can't decide between 178 and 182, and I've heard -2 from centre is good, but I don't know if that's a little too far forward if I'm not going to use them for park very often.
