If your guys' home mountains are any like mine, our snow is pretty much gone. In town there is not any snow.

I hate to say it but my season is done.

I hate spring/fall, but summer is okay. I'm still going to miss skiing so much :(

btw, fuck you guys who have snow till may

I'm gonna ski until the snow melts, even if my hill closes, which it does Apr. 1st I think. Just gonna ski in my backyard or go back to the hill

I wanna go.. and is this the one that is partnered with 4RNT? (I don't know that much about summer camps) but if it is i might end up going be cause my uncles sister's daughter's husband is Matt Sterbenz (4frnt owner)

my unlce = my mom's sister's husband

my uncle's sister = his sister (not related by blood at all, only by law)

my married-into-the-family uncle's sisters daughter's husband = not related to be except by law.

Learn to love rails. Build a good summer setup with interchangeable rails like the boss Dan Dougherty, put on some shorts, drink you lemonade and hits rails all day in the summer sun. It can be so much fun. Learn all 8 or a good handful of tricks and when you get back on snow your friends will say whut? And you can be like STOMPED KABLOW make that muthafucka hamma time! sounds like jokes but I am dead serious.

Not very nice! So in your honor, I will brag because we just got 40cms and I had one of the best days of my life. And the whole mountain wasn't even open so tomorrow or monday is going to be even deeper because it's still snowing. Have a nice summer.

depends where you are. spokane's been getting tons of snow lately, plenty of epic pow days at mt. spokane and schweitzer in the last week, and a few more in the forecast i believe.

Yeah pretty sure my local hill closes the 18th... and shit is getting warm and rainy next week... a hill about 3 hours away will probably be open for longer, but compounded with a broken collarbone that won't be fully healed for another 3 weeks or so, the chance of legit park skiing again this season is very low.

Might be going to mt snow in late march but otherwise my season is pretty much done. Summer's not bad, skating, longboarding, biking, other shit

I find spring riding to be the most fun part of the season pretty much, not much beats riding in park the sun and soft snow. The fall is fun for me just because the stoke for winter is building up and there are fun preseason rail jams and stuff.

Summer is still fun, I used to hate summer so much, but since i have gotten older and more patient I have found other fun things to do in the summer while I wait for ski season to come back around, so I don't mind it so much anymore.

Which local hill closes that early? I hiked fortune last year till mid may. And if your willing to drive Jay Peak stays open really late, they had at least 6 steep runs open with good coverage on may 1st.

Holy shit... I live like 2 hours from Ottawa so it's a little ass hill with no snowmaking, which is why they close so early. Hopefully Edelweiss is open much later. When you say you hiked Fortune, did they just leave rails set up, or did you just hike up for some turns? Jay Peak is like 7 hours away and my parents aren't very avid skiers so that's not very likely... How does Tremblant usually do?

Fortune left the rails up. Tremblant has a set closing date but again people hike the jumps, they take all the rails down because its a liability issue. Don't know about edel, I'd assume it stays open the same as everything else around here. Oh and MSSI stays open so late.

You really should cause i did skate alot 4 or 5 years ago and then just decided to give it a chance last spring, and that was all i did in the summer. deff a good alternative to keep you busy and its wicked fun
