Yacht Week added my edit to their channel

I'm not very good at this, so honestly it's flattering and surprising to have my buddy point this out. Seems like they search for other peoples edits from Yacht Week and sneakily put them on their channel to advertise. Probably cheaper than making a bunch of edits themselves.

I'm not upset, it's not like I ever expect to make a dime off an edit or anything, but is this wrong? Is it a big deal at all? I feel like it might be frowned upon for a company to work like this and I was wondering what some more experienced folks think.

You could take down the video if you don't like it. Or, change your sharing settings. Not sure if you can do this without a plus account, but you may be able to block it from being added to groups.

If you put it on vimeo, they can do whatever they want with it. You made it public, they can use it. May not seem fair, but that's how it goes unless you control it.
