jeez man why you gotta be so hostile about it, i get that you disagree with me but is it really necessary to be such a dick about it? how do you know the kid is stupid? he may have made a stupid decision but is that really something to judge his whole character on? he's probably going to learn from the situation and think twice the next time, and thats what it takes for some people.
earlier this year we got pulled over on our way to a basketball game. had just fishbowled a joint, and the cop knew that immediately. he played it all by the book, chilled there until a K9 arrived and got his consent to search. in the car the found a bit of weed, my piece, and both my friend and i had an open bottle that we were sipping on. in MA, weed under a zip is decrim. so that was fine, $100 ticket. the alc is what screwed me, ill get an MIP and need to go to court again soon. anyways, since then i havent stepped foot into a car with an open bottle. why? because i got fucked for it and now i know better. (lol i still fishbowl all the time tho). anyways, i made a stupid decision but in the grand scheme of things i was able to better myself through it all. Op, i encourage you to try and do the same, i have no qualms with having a little fun at the games, but at a school event especially you should keep yourself in control. if you were called out that easily obviously you and your friends crossed some lines, and you should make sure to keep it under control and if you cant do that, just dont drink before these events, get super high or something. debatably just as fun and unless you suck at life no real way to get in trouble.
AR6rider, you're obviously a pretty angry kid and if nothing else, i sincerely hope you are able to vent all this on the internet. it would be truly sad if this is how you treated people in your life.
And I'll add, the driver of the car was not drinking.
