How many on NS want snow all the year? I bet a friend Most people would like to have snow all the year. But how many would acctually want it?

Nope. The only good thing about snow is skiing. Other than skiing, snow pretty much sucks. It's cold, it makes ordinary drivers fucking morons, and everything is wet all the time. Plus, there needs to be time for wakeboarding and biking.

I would love snow all year. But on the toher hand, its always something to look forward to during summer, and there is lots and lots of other fun stuff to do in the meantime. So I guess maybe 6-8 out of 12 months would be awesome for me.

no.. I mean it's great to have, but no. Summer is always nice to have. I wouldn't be stoked anymore when it snows. And waiting for the snow is the thing :D

Yes only if it snowed year round in the mountains though...  no to in the city or anywhere else... summer kicks too much ass to get rid of.  also hot chicks always come out in summer.  would you want to get rid of that...  didn't think so

summer and winter are nice to have. do different things. biking/watersports/climbing, enjoying the "living" nature... all great thing to do after winter

with no spring. I hate spring, worst season ever. Everything just melts an its sorta warm... if it went straight from winter to summer in a week I would be thrilled. I like fall though, its nice. and it means winter is close so i always get excited in the fall lol

No, the whole year is too much. I have spent about 8 months a year in snow (southern and northern hemi winters) for the last few years and that's quite enough. I need a bit of sun for a few months a year.

No, we would all die of starvation because farmers couldn't grow anything.

Also I find myself hating work in the winter/working as little as possible in the winter, and in the summer I just go ham and make as much money as possible. If it snowed all year I would never want to work and would be broke all the time, which would suck.

I wouldn't mind having a longer winter (maybe it's because I'm from new england and the winters are a bit... lacking) but I also want to be able to climb and go to the ocean and stuff. Plus warmth is nice.

If she's hot, she's hot. A girl isn't gonna look beat in the wintertime and be a total babe in the summer all of a sudden.

Hot weather sucks, forces you to spend more money on deoderant and sun screen, and makes everyone on this website go goofy for about 4 or 5 months.

At most, I want one month of constant 65 degree temperatures and on/off again sunny days for my 'summer'

Then I want to go back to powshreddin.

I wish we just went from summer to winter in a week and from winter to summer. I hate the transitional seasons.... They suck IMO.

I fucking love to ski my brains out for up to 7 month seasons in CO.
that being said, once the summer rolls around I like to enjoy all the warm weather shirtless activities, also
throwing a kegger is waaaaaaaaay better on the hot summer nights with the grill going, than spent huddled in a tight circle around an outdoor keg during winter.

I love the seasons. I have a deep emotional connection to the changes as they happen, like when the leaves turn, that first snowstorm, thunderstorms, the way freshly cut grass smells, the beach baking in the summer and the smell of clam shacks, the cold fall rains, the smell of dead leaves wet and rotting on the ground, the silence of a snow late on a weekend night, that first humid warm morning of the season where it is sticky and green outside,

mostly this, although ideally there would be a mountain at a constant 18 degrees always covered in the most deep pow and a neighbor mountain at 35 degrees with park city's park, and another neighbor mtn at 65 degrees all year long with a killer bike park, and 10 miles away a beach at 85 degrees with perfect left overhead barrels all day.

6 and 6, perfect biking, outdoor, beach weather and then perfect ski weather.
