so much of that interview just did not make sense to me. family disowns him, but then he talks about a conversation with his dad he had recently? i don't get it

doesn't surprise me too much that danny kass is a douche, but perhaps this guy is fabricating things a little bit?

For once I agree with cobra_commander. That guy seemed pretty spacey or something, kind of all over the place. Danny probably did screw him over somewhat, but it doesn't seem like you can take words from that interview as fact. Something seems fishy on both sides (pun).

Definitely unhinged. This guy has bipolar disorder. He's starting multiple companies, including his fishing operation, and he's running them all by himself? And re-launching his snowboard career? Those are the grandiose plans of someone in a manic state. The anger and the outbursts are textbook, as well. I have no doubt this dude is severely bipolar.

thats probably a pretty decent guess. who knows what really happened there, but i can understand not wanting to work with or for someone who's so out of touch with reality. like when he's talking about his new streetwear brand doing fishing gear, and listing design credentials as doing the menus for a pizza place? not defending danny kass either, just saying i can imagine it could be pretty tough to be in business with this guy.

1 i was 18 at the time. i would not waste my time with shit like that now.i have better things to do then deal with fucks like that.
2. all i was doing was buying a hot dog somewhere else and stealing the cobra sauce.
so maybe yes i was in the bad, but it got very close to fistacuffs with that douche.

not even surprised. at all. i grew up riding at the same hill as the kass brothers. i was obviously younger, but danny was such an asshole even back in the day. i remember when he came back from the olympics our town had a huge thing for him, banners, billboards everything. he showed up to our hill drunk as fuck and cutting the line with all his douchebag friends cursing out kids in the park. kid would shut down our pipe on his own will just because he was danny kass. i took the lift up with him once, i was young, probably 14 or 15, and he wouldnt even talk to me. just to good. kids an asshole, and im not sure matt is entirely stable either. stange stuff
