I have access to a warehouse. What would you do with it? Video included.

So i have access to a huge abandoned warehouse that has been gutted. We use it for building cafe racer motorcycles. Concerts, parties, you name it

What would you guys do with it??

Need some ideas.

Heres a short video i made this afteroon, kind of shows the location.

a basketball hoop or two
build a stage and put in some sick lighting
above ground swimming pool/hot tub
rope swings from the rafters
get a velcro suit and put a velcro wall next to the tramp
bumper cars

lazer tag/ultimate mini golf course

with a sweet stage/dance floor area to through parties

team up with the right people and invest and actually turn it into a business it'd be way fun. I don't know where you live/population/average age of the people around you, but you have a good business opportunity here.

you would make a bunch of money from a couple of raves and partys. then you can take said money that you made and build a bigger budget to widen the possibilities.

just make it a rentable space for parties and raves and stuff. all you gotta do is put in a stage, a sound system and maybe some other stuff, and you can rent it out

POCKET ROCKET RACE TRACK. Goddamn. Always wanted to do this so bad! Just pick up a few, you can get good ones in the low 200s range, set up some barriers, line the walls with foam or something, and just go at it! $10 to race, winner gets it all.

location of the building is in the middle of downtown. Last party thrown got busted for noise by the cops. Plus i found out if I want to have public in there, we have to get insurance. No way we can insure a building as sketch as this one. To bad cuz its the size of a city block. theres a bar downstairs too

this has literally been my dream/plan for when i have enough money to buy a decent house. rather than spending 500k on a normal sized house in a nice neighborhood. get like 10+acres, out in the woods or something. and have a big ass warehouse built. have all the cool indoor shit in the warehouse, id make an awesome tree house type thing for the living area, have a bed room, kitchen, and tv room on a second floor tree house style thing, maybe even build it with a tree and have it indoor/outdoors. id mostly have the warehouse for cool hang out stuff, and indoor activity type stuff. but definitely have the entire floor littered with skate oriented stuff so you could skate everything. and leave the 10+ acres for the go kart track, rally track. mtn bike trail/dirt jumps. have the entire area littered with airsoft bunkers and stuff. have a bike/skate jump into a pond. a lake for jet skis, shooting range, etc.. you could go on and on with shit.

nah u can find cheap land. ive seen decent land near me with a small lake or pond even for like 100k-150k for like 25 acres. just have to be fine with it being pretty damn far from any large town. a good sized warehouse is 100,000. that leaves a lot of money for the rest. especially if you do a lot yourself.

ugh....warehouse size usually varies somewhere between 25,000-90,000sqft, so lets say we dont need to be storing the entire amazon product stock and only want 30,000sqft

all i know is my good friends dad bought pretty damn big warehouse last year for his business and it cost him just a little over 100,000. not sure on the dimensions, i just know its plenty big.
