i like drop through, keeps you lower to the ground. i hate my first board i got, it was 5 inches off the ground whereas my landyachtz is like 2!

check out silverfisch.com because they know a shit ton on longboarding, but arbor is a good cruiser board in my opinion, i love landyachtz tho because mine is so low to the ground.

^very nice. i got bones redz bearing right now and i have to clean them every 2 weeks or they get crazy slow. do guys recommend any bearings other than redz?

but do they have to be clean, i guess what im looking for is more of a closed bearing. My redz have an opening on the back with a plastic cover that you can remove so you can clean it, but it just gets to dirty to quick

bearing spacers an the rings that go on the axels will help. Just clean them with acetone or something similar and then lube them with a thinner oil, not something super thick like grease. A clean, well lubed cheap bearing spins just as good as a clean and lubed expensive one.

Gotta jet machine, caliber 44 degree trucks, purptang stims for dh and freeride.

and a landyachtz switch, paris 180s, and purptang stims for low speed goofing around and kickers.

I have otangs because I buy them for 15 bills from kids who read that they are shit on silverfish. When in fact there great (for 15 dolllars eheheh).

Not gunna pay 40 dollars on new wheels when im gunna wear through them in a couple months.

Anyway I don't really ride as seriously as I used to but I still shred with these dudes occasionally

also have a sector9 uluwatu bamboo pintail, the gullwing trucks on the homemade board are originally from this s9 board, right now i've put paris180s on the S9 and put the orangatangs on there as well and it's pretty much my daily cruiser now :)
has a really nice flex and a stable drifter/slider

Looking to get a smaller all around cruiser though. Still wanna be able to carve and want flex in the board but lighter and smaller than the carvestick. Thinking maybe a Sector 9 CityCrusher, Lookingglass or Evening Session if I could find one used.

yeah I want it mainly for cruising and riding to work and stuff like that.

Looking at the mindless rogue aswell, mainly because its pretty cheap but still has decent reviews.
