The "It's snowing in _____" thread

I thought it'd be nice if there were one thread where people could post when it's snowing at their home mountain and give a quick local report.

It's currently snowing in Mammoth CA. It's been very windy also so windward slopes will be stripped but leeward slopes will be epic. Website says 5" in 24 hours and 11" from this storm, but it looks like more to me. Skied today and there was some good deep stuff, tomorrow should be even better!

this is in SLC this morning. my car was completely clean last night after I has left it in a parking garage for a couple hours and gotten all the snow off. Now its covered again.

not snowing yet but this week there's a massive dump expected in the alps, (storm gabriele) more specifically the southern /sw alps

snowfall estimates 100cm and higher are pretty common in the predicitions ....

so who's ready to head out there as soon as it starts falling ?

Nope. rain in the forecast for the next few days in Montreal. It seriously pisses me off that in december, the temp can go up to 12 degrees now (that is Celsius for you USers). I remeber back in the day having snow that actually stays on the ground for more than three days. Just the sight of snow puts me in such a good mood.
