hey guys i bought a saga anomie jacket on are you fucking kidding friday, so it hasn't come in yet, but i got a XL. I'm like 5'7ish, and i was wounding if this would be to big? I thought it might be but it was half off so i just went for it

i emailed them 4 days ago but no response idk why but do you think they'd refund my money? I'd just buy the jacket at full price

Give it some time with the email. I know it can be frustrating but when there are sales the small office/warehouse staff has a lot to do picking, packing and shipping orders in addition to trying to answer all the questions from customers. they'll get to it though.

never said it was hard. just saying that it takes time. one person couple hundred emails all with specific questions. you spend a couple hours doing that then theres a couple hours lost that you could have been printing and shipping orders. theres a small staff trying to do it all as fast as possible.
