We need another roommate ASAP so we can sign the lease on our new apartment. It's two blocks off South Willard on Maple St. (South Winooski). dope location, two blocks from Champlain's campus, two blocks off of Main street. Rent is really cheap for the area, $635/month including heat and water. House is 3/br, we already have two roommates on board, we need a third ASAP to sign up for the next year. We both go to Champlain but UVM heads are more than welcome as well. We're both pretty chill dudes, house is full of skiers/snowboarders and we're green friendly.
Lease starts June 1st, year lease. There is parking available, too.
