Replying to Ski Warrantys

Head has been an amazing company to me with warrantys. So last year i had bought my first pair of twins, i naturally got the JO pros because they had a hot girl on them. they were fine for me a little stiff as i progressed, and the sidewall/topsheet came off easily. Throughout the summer through water ramp training and summer sessions the edge started coming out. I brought them to my local shop, a couple of weeks later head said i could either have the 2012 GP 84 or the same ski so i picked the gp 84. These skis were so playful and fun i loved them, then i started trying disasters... My first try my back ski caught the kink and the wood underfoot cracked and so did the edge, i brought them back and a week later here i am, with another pair of GP 84s being mounted.

Long story short: This is my third pair of head skis and theyve been really good to me with warrantys and stuff.
