Yep, got a spiral fracture to my fibula and tibia in my right leg trying my first 9. I have a 13" rod, 3 screws, and 2 plates in my leg. My season is over, but the worst part is after the surgery my leg is non weight bearing for 16 weeks. So NS, what are some fun things to do when your'e just laying at home doing nothing?
Chill out on pain pills and watch movies. After my surgery on my broken tibia all I did was watch movies and sleep on my pain pills. It's the shit but can be dangerous, don't get addicted cause that's not the shit.
I WAS GOING TO SAY THIS! Damn...
Bitches do love knowledge. And Instrumentalists.
But they take effort, and i want you to feel better, so:
Bitches love a guy who masturbates 5 times a day, can quote all of his favorite movies and is amazing at COD and Skyrim...ah my dream man...i know you're out there!
this. but non-weight bearing for 16 weeks after surgery!? i did a similar thing and have a rod and screws and such too and the only limit on weight bearing was how much pain i felt; i was walking again in a month.
Get ready for the elicit pm and email floodgates to come bursting open, because I can guarantee 90% of the people who read that post have a raging 9 footer
tibial IM nail is what it sounds like, amirite? I did a weird clean spiral snap on my right tibia a year and two weeks ago and I was bearing weight inside of 3 months, but definitely not full weight. you'll probably be walking in five months with no assistance.
but yeah, sucks dick, at least you didn't do it in the middle of the most epic utah season ever. smoke pot, get drunk, get sympathy pussy, and if you're in school, bust your ass because what the hell else do you have to do?
i compound fracture my tib/fib when I was thirteen, ended up being 14 weeks in a cast from May till the end of August. That summer i played a lot of xbox and learned how to play guitar, and I have been playing ever since. And its true what they say, girls love it.
holy fuck vibes. i know how that feels more or less, i just had a few metal additions to my leg on friday for a fibula fracture/tendon tear. i personally started watching battlestar galactica, that seems to take up my time well. good luck
I had an ACL tear in October, no skiing all season yay. Was in the same situation, sucks that you have to wait 16 weeks!
