Hell yeah! Magic always seems to pull it out of the sky just before the comps- I think we got 30" out of the storm you're talking about, which was incredible. Also, it looks like the venue has been changed to Goniff's Glade, which is cool for a lot of reasons. It's more sustained steep skiing, more bumped up, more natural obstacles and the whole comp line is visible from the sunshine corner plateau, so I'm sure people will have lawn chairs posted up and beers in hand.
Pretty stoked, it's always a shitshow on comp days and this one will be no exception. Gotta love getting first tracks down redline while people riding up cheer you on when you send shit.
As for the kid who asked about Killy, I'm sure they'll get good snow as its sheer elevation basically acts like an ice cream scoop for the clouds, it just scrapes out extra snow every time a system comes by so yes, the snow will be good at K on Friday at the very least.
In that case, hit me up the next time you head out there. I am up there year round working on shit and could def show you things you've never seen there before.
